4PSA Establishes New Program to Certify SIP Providers for the VoipNow Platform
According to 4PSA's Wednesday announcement, the SMART Certification Program for Scalable, Managed, And Reliable Trunking certifies that a trunk provider has been tested and met the highest professional standard and possesses the necessary technical skill in this area. Along with the SMART Certification comes an identifiable logo that indicates the provider has been tested and accredited to work with VoipNow.
We want the customers that use our VoipNow unified communications and VoIP software to fully enjoy the benefits that it offers, without being limited in any way by the connection to the public telephony network, 4PSA chief executive officer Bogdan Carstoiu stated. Although many of our customers have their own infrastructure, they have to work with abroad service providers in order to lower termination and origination costs. It is important for these businesses to know that they are working with competent companies that fully understand the critical areas of IP technology and how to deliver and maintain it to highest standard.
The VoipNow platform is 4PSA's flagship suite of software applications designed to accelerate UC adoption by businesses and end-users. With its cloud-based approach, VoipNow combines high performance, comprehensive features, massive scalability, and automation capabilities. VoipNow promises a friendly licensing model for service providers, and features Web-based management for customers, as well as APIs for accessing system functionality via third party applications.
