ABI Update: Global Services Business Revenue to Increase
ABI Research provides in-depth analysis and quantitative forecasting of trends in global connectivity and other emerging technologies. It has released an update to its industry vertical analysis of mobile enterprise customers, and has forecasted that global services business revenue will increase at 4.3 percent CAGR, and is expected to reach $133 billion by 2014.
The update, which is released on a quarterly basis, provides a detailed view of all the mobile applications and services that address mobile business customers’ everyday needs.
However, when region-wise mobile services revenues are considered, there is a wide variation, stemming from the fact that the services sector employs over twice as many people as industrial businesses.
