Accenture and Telstra team up for cloud lab
It services company, Accenture and Telstra will set up a new Product Technology Lab in Melbourne focusing on cloud computing services for A/NZ clients.
Accenture chief technology technology officer, Dr Gavin Michael, said it was the then and there logical step to introduce an technology lab to support the local development of cloud services in Australia.
Proven early adopter of innovation
"Australia is a proven early adopter of innovation, and with the growing interest in cloud computing, it is an ideal place to establish a Product Research Lab," Michael said.
Today's de facto standard controller-based Wi-Fi infrastructure model is just too complicated, too expensive, and too unreliable. It's common for enterprise and mid-market network operators alike to get caught in a crossroads of compromises involving costs, complexity, features, and reliability.
