Acmetel Deploys DIGITALK SBC Application
Acmetel is using the DIGITALK SBC VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) Peering application to strengthen and grow its international wholesale business as part of an expansion strategy.
DIGITALK notes that it was chosen by Acmetel as it proved its ability to deliver a full suite of fully integrated operations and business management functionality. Exactly, Acmetel wanted to broaden the rating options for its wholesale clients and as well wanted to overcome the dependency on cumbersome hardware upgrades to achieve capacity and feature expansion.
"We've worked hard to achieve rapid growth, and already operate on 2 million minutes per day business volume since starting up in 2008. We've achieved this by being resolute to our mission to provide the very best service, in quality and reliability," said Baleegh Afridi, Acmetel CEO. " We felt that in a move to our own infrastructure the DIGITALK platform offered the best fit with our services from the advanced capabilities to ensure we operate a lean business, and their commitment and ongoing support as we grow expand on our success."
