
Africa telecoms financing event to focus on infrastructure investment and M&A strategies
The second annual TMT Finance and Investment Africa conference will discuss infrastructure investment and merger and acquisition strategies, bringing at the same time leading telecom executives, financiers and advisers to London at a critical time for Africa's communications industry. The event will take place on June 17 at America Square in the City of London.
The international conference which is part of a series for financing emerging markets telecom growth, will review the latest opportunities in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, infrastructure investment, towers sales and leaseback, mobile licence opportunities, broadband investment and regulation.

Miller will be running a multi-day, high intensity training course, "The Shellcode Lab" to develop and understand shellcode in a hands-on environment. Course attendees will gain a thorough knowledge and practical skill set on how to create shellcode and tune their elite security skills. This is the second program appearance for Miller at the world's most high profile security event. He before presented his development of "Reverse DNS Tunneling Shellcode" at the Black Hat event in 2008.
