Airband and eXemplify Group Deliver 450-seat Hosted VoIP and Internet Access Solution to Business Centers
Airband Communications, Inc., the industry's largest fixed-wireless company for businesses in the U.S., and agent eXemplify Group today announced they are installing a 450-seat hosted VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) and Internet access solution for a business center owner whose seven properties before operated on different networks served by multiple providers.
The business center operator asked its innovation partner, eXemplify Group, for a single-provider solution to its voice and data needs because it wanted to eliminate the inefficient process of dealing with multiple service providers, inconsistent service and the frustration of processing and paying numerous invoices across its seven properties.
The business center operator who chose the hosted VoIP
eXemplify presented several options to the business center operator who chose the hosted VoIP and Internet access solution from Airband because of the service architecture's flexibility and Airband's successful track record delivering hosted VoIP services while the past eight years. With the Airband hosted VoIP service, the customer is able to replace its existing antiquated phone systems with a full-featured voice service, eliminate the need to upgrade outdated PBX (Private -Automatic- Branch Exchange) software, and remove the single point of failure for voicemail.
As part of the implementation, Airband upgraded voice services in all seven business centers, currently totaling more than 450 seats, and increased bandwidth 10-fold to 100MB for several locations, all during lowering overall costs. Just in case, Airband provides the service flexibility that can be easily customized for individual tenants based on their requirements for bandwidth and hosted stations. This flexibility is vital to business center operators because they're able to vary the voice and data services and fees charged to tenants.
One-size-fits-all solution
"Our client anyway didn't want a one-size-fits-all solution. The flexibility of Airband's architecture, their willingness to offer a customized approach and their experience in hosted VoIP made Airband the clear choice for my client," said Robert Hayes, chief executive officer of eXemplify Group. "By pairing superior customer service with a reliable IT infrastructure, Airband delivers the high-quality voice and data services that eXemplify's customers demand, all within a cost structure that benefits our customers' bottom line."
"Airband is pleased to partner with eXemplify because they focus on solving clients' business challenges, and in such a case, Airband's proven hosted VoIP and data services were out and away the best choice," said James DaBramo, Airband's executive vice president of sales. "Hosted VoIP is a particularly powerful solution for business center owners because they can quickly add, remove or change users, which is a frequent event in the world of short-term executive suite rentals."
