Allworx's IP-PBXs Complete Interoperability with SIP Print VoIP Call Recording

Allworx, a provider of VoIP phones, announced it has completed interoperability testing with SIP Print’s VoIP recording solutions. The interoperability testing was carried out between the complete line of Allworx (News - Alert) IP-PBXs and SIP Print’s Call Recording.

While modern businesses are increasingly choosing to record calls to increase profitability, SMBs often find that call recording is not a financially feasible option for them.

Call recording enables businesses to ensure regulatory compliance, increase customer satisfaction, limit legal liability, improve employee productivity and ensure the security of proprietary information.

The two solutions

By integrating the two solutions, the companies ensures that small and medium-sized businesses can successfully record their mission-critical business calls with the industry’s most advanced yet affordable voice recording appliances and IP-based phones and PBX (News - Alert), the company said.

The combination of Allworx’s IP-based communication systems and SIP Print’s VoIP recording allows businesses with one or more office locations to easily justify the modest investment and present a new level of professionalism and productivity.

The country

Allworx officials also believe SIP Print will increase sales opportunities for certified Allworx dealers across the country. “Allworx dealers now have the flexibility of adding SIP Print ‘Pure’ SIP call recording to round out the product offerings which serve the needs of today’s small business,” Chris Hasenauer, president of Allworx, said.

Earlier this year the company released a G.722 high-definition version of its call recording solution, company officials told TMCnet. Recently the company also came out with support for the G.729 codec, which got the company into the carrier side of the business, and G.723.
