Just in case to hot topic discussion panels, solution providers can attend channel training courses and walk away with a certificate of completion validating their subject knowledge.
"As voice and data networks converge, business models are as well converging. Participating in CompTIA Breakaway allows us to investigate alternative ways to engage different channel partners from an IT standpoint, and help us learn how to better educate the channel partner community by learning about what others have done successfully," said Guy Yasika, a channel manager at Alteva. "We have an existing community of telecom channel partners from providing hosted VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) since 2003. Now that we are providing hosted UC, we are looking to tap into the data channel. CompTIA Breakaway is the premier event for helping us gain collaboration time to discuss business opportunities and common industry issues with other IT solution providers, vendors and distributors."
