BT improves customer management

Alcatel-Lucent revealed that BT, UK's provider of telecommunications products and services, has selected the Motive ServiceVie Solution Suite to support its high-speed Internet, IPTV and VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) services, reports Fin Channel.

Using ServiceView, call centre representatives have visibility and control of broadband services, with automated problem analysis and resolution for BT's network.
