Nabinger is responsible for wireless E9-1-1 operations, Voice-over-Internet Protocol (VoIP) E9-1-1 operations, Next Generation 9-1-1, and hosted location-based wireless carrier infrastructure system operations. He has 25 years of experience in public and private telecom companies.
