Business VoIP Provider Whaleback Systems Welcomes H2 Telecom to Its Partner Program

One of the more refreshingly-named companies we’ve seen in a during, Whaleback Systems, which works in the managed business VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) services field, has expanded the roster of companies in its Whaleback CrystalBlue Partner Program.

Authorized reseller

Whaleback officials have announced that H2 Telecom Consultants is now an authorized reseller. As part of the deal H2 Telecom now offers "Whaleback's managed voice services to small and medium enterprises to provide end-to-end, business-class voice services," the Whalebackers say.

"For our customers faced with having to replace an aging phone system, Whaleback's Managed Solution is a great fit," Haviland added.

In a TMC interview with Whaleback’s CEO and co-founder Mark Galvin, he said that Whaleback’s approach is that "any new IP-based phone service designed for the small business owner needs to emulate those familiar key system functions during, at same time, introducing them to a wide assortment of new capabilities that will take their business VoIP to the at once level."

Haviland explained that a company would use Whaleback products to both reduce costs and find new capabilities, since with the Whaleback system companies "use and pay for only what they need, when they need it, get centralized proactive monitoring and management, enterprise class features and research and can redeploy support staff to focus on core business."

Whaleback’s business VoIP services include VoIP calling packages, monitoring, management and customer service.
