Cincinnati Bell (NYSE: CBB) is officially launching a new subsidiary under the name Evolve. The business products unit is headquartered in Carmel and currently employs 100 workers. Evolve says it's expanding into a large facility nearby at the end of the month and is hiring sales positions.
