Cisco Cloud Strategy, Within and Across Data Centers

The power the cloud brings is in the extreme influential as it can change the impact of IT services. In his general session at Cloud Expo Silicon Valley, Cisco's Simon Aspinall provided insight into what is happening in the cloud and why the it's is critically important for enterprises, small and medium-sized businesses, and service providers in the teleco sector. He as well provided insight into what is driving those changes in cloud and what some of the opportunities are.

About the Speaker:Simon Aspinall is Sr. Director of Cisco's SP Marketing organization. He leads teams responsible for marketing Cisco's mobility and data center solutions to Telecoms, Cable, Media and Broadcast clients worldwide. He has held a number of senior management roles at Cisco across sales, marketing, business development and consulting. He has led the Internet Business Solutions Group in Europe and the IBSG SP worldwide mobile practice: driving, identifying, and developing new business opportunities with telecoms, broadcast and media operators for business and consumers.
