The other since the launch of the new service

So users are indiscriminately facing one problem or the other since the launch of the new service and operating system. To be fair to Apple, the company is working very hard to fix all the problems

One of the reasons why there is so much chaos is because a lot of MobileMe users are switching to iCloud due to all the benefits offered by Apple. Few people with good memories have pointed that the launch of iCloud is very reminiscent to the launch of MobileMe. When Apple had launched MobileMe in 2008 it had faced different crisis that range from slow synchronization to an 11 day email outage.

This is not specifically a good start for Apple in introducing a service that highlights iPhone 4S as "the most amazing iPhone but."(This makes one wonder what Apple's straightway slogan will be when it releases the then and there iPhone!)  It remains to be seen whether iCloud will deliver what it promises once it starts running smoothly for users everywhere.
