CompliancePoint Acquires InfoSec Integrators

CompliancePoint, a PossibleNOW company, announces that it has completed the acquisition of Atlanta-based InfoSec Integrators, Inc. The company’s principals, Charles Burke and Bill Schmidt, will help lead CompliancePoint’s Information Security practice group which provides a wide range of innovation solutions, information security, and risk management consulting services including payment card industry certifications.

The company’s principals, Charles Burke and Bill Schmidt, will help lead CompliancePoint’s Information Security practice group which provides a wide range of research solutions, information security, and risk management consulting services including payment card industry certifications. InfoSec Integrator’s team of technical resources will be used to augment CompliancePoint consulting engagements.
