COUNTERPATH ANNOUNCES BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT FOR A MINIMUM OF $5 MILLION AND A MAXIMUM OF $10 MILLION

CounterPath Corporation, an award-winning provider of desktop and mobile VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) software products and solutions, today announced that it has engaged National Bank Financial Inc. and Canaccord Genuity Corp. as co-lead agents to raise a minimum of $5 million and a maximum of $10 million by way of a marketed private placement of units at a price of $1.75 per unit.
