CRST International Inc. Listed on 2010 InformationWeek 500 for Third Consecutive Year

The focus this past year was the implementation of a new ERP system for CRST Logistics. The project, Vision 2020, involved many people from Logistics, Accounting, and Technology working together to implement a system built on state of the art technologies, inclusive of CRM, VOIP, Web Portals, Real time dashboards, and a .net front end replacing a mainframe based character based system. The technologies and capabilities included in this project are part of an overall Technology Plan for CRST that continues to be updated and managed to meet the needs of the business.

The new system streamlines processes

The new system streamlines processes, allows better customer interaction, and faster response time to issues. The customer has access to more tools to conduct business when, how and where they want which provides flexibility and better service.
