(OTCBB: CTIG), an international provider of enterprise communications management software and services, carrier class voice over internet protocol (VoIP) management applications, enterprise and carrier class call recording solutions and electronic invoice processing and management (EIM), today announced that its award-winning call recording solution SmartRecord® has received certification for integration with the Avaya Aura IP communications platform. By delivering SmartRecord® alongside Avaya Aura, Avaya resellers will be able to offer a web-based, highly scalable and multi-tenant call recording platform that is able to operate in virtualized (VM) environments.

By integrating SmartRecord® with Proteus, CTI Group's call accounting and reporting tool, resellers will be able to offer their customers a complete unified communications (UC) solution. The integration of these applications provides organizations with the business intelligence (BI) and business process management (BPM) tools required to optimize its UC system's efficiency. In addition, this certification will open up a wider range of cost effective value-add opportunities which will lead to increased profit margins while reducing customer churn.
