CTI Group to Launch SmartInteraction Suite

CTI Group, a provider of enterprise communications management software and services, carrier class Voice over Internet Protocol management applications and electronic invoice processing and management, announced it will launch its SmartInteraction Suite for contact centers.

The contact center solution is engineered to meet the needs of VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) and premised-based contact centers. With the release of their SmartInteraction Suite, CTI Group extends its SmartRecord solution. The SmartInteraction Suite offers a comprehensive platform for recording, evaluating and taking action on valuable phone based customer interaction, company officials said.

"Throughout the development of the SmartInteraction Suite, we surveyed our contact center clients about what features and functionality they wanted out of their communications management system," said Sid Rao, chief innovation officer of CTI Group, in a statement.

The SmartInteraction Suite is compatible with BroadSoft's BroadWorks UC platform, the Avaya Aura IP communications platform and Cisco's Unified Communications Manager.

The SmartInteraction Suite is a configurable toolset which incorporates CTI Group's call recording solution SmartRecord with the speech search and analytics research from Aurix integrated within it.

The Suite is designed with the Aurix phonetic analytics incorporated. Contact centers of any size can take advantage of the advanced functionality at a cost effective price. It is an ideal solution for sales and marketing organizations looking for a quick tool for capturing advanced customer interaction intelligence.
