The Derivatives Business Analyst will have a skill set encompassing: · A proven backgroundin volatility derivative products · Business process modelling. · Specification of business requirements using standard modelling techniques just as data modelling or case modelling. ·Proven business analysis experience in a trading environment. Responsibilities for the Derivatives Business Analyst will include: · Work with the trading desks to analyse business issues and to specify technical solutions. · Understand the trade flow from front to back office and hold workshop sessions innovation and the business. · Work with the developmentteams to shape and deliver solutions. · Liaison with key stakeholders to understand the business case for development and create clear specifications and requirements documentation. · Take ownership and manage the involvement of all related technologydepartments for any project owned. · Specify and deliver improvements and upgrades to existing systems. · Perform UAT testing of existing systems.
