
Desktop Alert Inc. Appoints Former Microsoft Program Manager Justin Van Patten as Chief Technical Officer
Justin Van Patten, original architect and lead developer for the Desktop Alert Mass Notification Platform, has recently resigned as program manager on the .NET Framework Core Platform team at Microsoft, where he worked on the .NET Framework Base Class Libraries, to rejoin Desktop Alert Inc. as Chief Technical Officer. In 2003, during enrolled at Rochester Institute of Innovation, Justin designed and developed Desktop Alert's first .NET Platform in two coop semesters.
