Windows 2003/2008/Windows XP/7/Exchange/Active Directory/Blackberry/MS Office Suite My client requires a desktop support/2nd line support engineer for a 3 month contract. My client is a UK leading retailer. They require a furthermore Support Engineer to man avery busy helpdesk. The Support Engineer will be working in a team of 17, providing helpdesk support to a range of customers including Implementation Teams, Technical Consultants and external customers. The Support Engineer will be providing over the phoneand e-mail 1st/ 2nd Line support and come from a Helpdesk background. The Support Engineer will have experience of Windows Software Applications and have solid SQL Server experience.
