eVoice Makes having a Virtual Phone Number Easier
eVoice, a "radically better phone number" and brand of technology company j2 Global (News - Alert) Communications, has made it easier for its clients to make use of its virtual phone services. eVoice now provides a vast range of local or toll-free numbers, the company says.
Virtual phone number
To get a virtual phone number, the customer has to select a local or toll-free number from www.evoice.com. They can then customize where calls to that number will ring – such as home, office, or cell phone – up to five phones. The calls can be set to ring all designated phones at once, or sequentially, one-at-a-time, says eVoice (News - Alert).
“Our new tutorial video demonstrates why eVoice has become the virtual phone service of choice for so many small business owners today," said Mike Pugh, vice president, marketing for j2 Global Communications, Inc. "Besides the six-month free trial and affordable monthly plans, the service can be quickly and easily configured and put to use. A customer could visit www.evoice.com, and literally, in a matter of minutes.”
Auto attendant with a customized
An auto attendant with a customized and professionally recorded greeting answers the incoming calls. The attendant instructs callers to "press 1 for Sales, press 2 for Customer Service," etc. if a caller leaves a voicemail, the message is transcribed, converted to text and sent as an email, each extension can be set to ring any designated phone number.
