
Executive Chairman, Eli Ayalon

Mr. Ayalon will continue as a non-executive director and Chairman of the Board. Mr. Ayalon stated: "I have full confidence in Ofer Elyakim, our Chief Executive Officer, and our management team. Afterwards 15 years of intense management activity in the Company, I believe it's time to step down as a full time executive. I will continue to help management in my capacity as director and Chairman of the Board to ensure the Company's continued success."
