GoDaddy CEO Links to More Footage From Controversial Elephant Killing
I’m not an animal rights activist nevertheless I think the way Parsons is handling this is incredibly thick headed. The internet is littered with thousands of people hating on the company even previously this issue took place. All he is as a matter of fact doing is giving clients more reasons to talk bad about it. I guess he figures there are enough people who support him or don’t care either way who will continue to make purchases from his company. Unfortunately, it seems he may be right.
Unfortunately Bob, this is 2011. Not 1941. I had 90 domains hosted with you, however since you think you can just go and kill intelligent animals for sport I have been moving my domains to another registrar. There are only 20 left currently. They will be gone shortly. Sorry Bob. You don’t fit into my idea of a good company to do business with
Hear hear, another self-proclaimed expert making a fool of himself, calling names – just because he bought a ticket – just like Parson did.KNP is at times overpopulated, yes – migrating herds end up in populated areas – like as not because those areas are only recently inhabited – so, people taking over the savanah – or, providing easy food in the form of crops. Which makes it necessary to cull them – not just one, however the complete herd, as killing only a few completely destroys the family-structure – aggravating the problem because of rogue animals. So, no matter how heartbreaking, they get culled in a controlled way – and canned, to be sold locally. But in other words in South Africa only – in the rest of Africa it is less or not organised – and the total number of elephants is dwindling – but, it is impossible to relocate them from here to other areas – if only because of poaching…As well, lodges do offer game for hunt: $10k for an elephant etc. For the rich and braindead; they can get their trophy-shots. Again, mainly in South Africa. I as a matter of fact doubt if Zimbabwe has any game-conservancy going on – so it doesn’t seem like a controlled kill – yet a random one, which can not be justified by him because of ‘conservancy’: he is not the unbiased expert.Hunting buffalo and beavers was an economic boost in the Wild West as then – they are nearly wiped out now. As well, had you educated yourself, income in Zimbabwe hardly ever reaches the ‘people’….And just for what it is worth: I live one hour from KNP. Does that make me the expert? Not in point of fact. So, not living or being there makes one informed – there are other means for that – one of them being some invention called the internet.
