Hires and promotions, Oct. 12

Tapjoy Inc., an independent mobile advertising network in San Francisco, has added Peter Dille as chief marketing officer. Earlier, Dille was senior vice president of Worldwide Marketing for THQ.

Wood most recently was the chief financial officer of Veraz Networks, a supplier of VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) networks and communications equipment in the telecom industry. Berkin joins Tapjoy afterwards working as senior vice president of global alliances and general manager of USA & APAC at the nonprofit Symbian Foundation.

The San Rafael Chamber of Commerce

Laura Bertolli has been named interim board chair for the San Rafael Chamber of Commerce. Bertolli is the corporate president of Bertolli's Auto Body and manages the family business in San Rafael.
