Senior Telecoms Analyst wanted for a very successful insurance company based in Central London, 42k excellent benefits. An excellent possibility has presented itself in a dynamic IT team, requiring a telecoms analyst with an extensive technical skillsset to help them progress to the at once level. My client is a globally recognized organization in other words currently expanding their operations in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting, maintaining and administering a largetelephony contact centre. As then as covering 2nd / 3rd line support to internal business teams, the role will as well involve working with project lifecycles; being involved at all stages from development and testing through toimplementation.. Key Responsibilities: * Project based work, just as infrastructure deployment, system upgrades, and capacity increases. * Completing BAU requests and maintaining the highest level of security patches * Resolving 2nd/3rd level helpdeskproblems effectively * Supporting Networks Team Leader by offering creative ways to utilise existing research to make current environments more effective to business/external customers. * Liaising with Business Operations Teams when new initiatives arebeing deployed, to ensure the innovation is being utilised in the most effective way. * Implementing changes by adhering to the internal Change Control Processes and following ITIL best practices * Monitor network and VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) environment throughout workingday using a variety of real-time SNMP monitoring tools and troubleshoot incidents where required. Skills Required: * Experience of configuring and deploying Interactive Intelligence CIC Telephony platforms, or similar enterprise level Contact Centreapplications. * Essential knowledge of the following technologies - SIP, TCP/IP, G.711, QoS, UDP, Unified Communications, VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) Gateways , Windows Server 2003, Cisco IOS, LAN/WAN, IVR Menus, SQL Server 2005 Enterprise Edition. * Experience of configuringPredictive Diallers supporting 300 users * Must have a strong customer focus This is a fantastic possibility for an experienced telecoms analyst to progress their career to the then and there level and take their skill set to the highest standard, progressingwithin an exhilarating and up to date environment.
