Interactive Intelligence hires Austin and Khoo

Newly appointed pre-sales engineer Wei Min Khoo joins the company from Telstra, where he was a senior technical specialist with responsibility for IVR, VTI and CRM systems. He earlier worked for eSOON Software Corporation, NEC Business Solutions, Genesys Laboratories and Hewlett Packard.
