
Internode strengthens operation in Sunshine State
More recently he has worked as a systems support engineer at Margolis Technology, providing specialist install and maintenance services for voice (TDM & VoIP) and video networks, both local and international.
Internode's other new recruit and keen triathlete Petroff has become business development manager in Brisbane, with a particular focus on building sales of the ISP's business-grade broadband services in the Sunshine State.
He comes to Internode from Hemisphere GPS, where he was manager of business development for Oceania, Southeast Asia, Pacific and India. Before that, he held senior roles with Allied Telesis International Group and Powertel Limited.
Carter, an internationally renowned expert, brings a wealth of experience to the role. He was director of corporate analyst relations at Hewlett-Packard, where he worked to enhance analyst understanding of the company and its leadership role in the IT industry. He also founded SageCircle, providing technology vendors with insights and applications for working closely with IT and telecommunications industry analysts. Before this he was a research fellow at Gartner, which twice named him Analyst of the Year.
