
It's out, but most don't have it yet
Google may so then have released its Android OS 3.1 Honeycomb update at its recent I/O developer event, however this update needs to be tested and at the time rolled out by manufacturers and carriers as quickly as possible.
So Android OS 3.1 is here, with the smartphone and tablet-unifying "Ice Cream Sandwich" version of Android supposedly coming by year's end - for the moment from Google, otherwise from your manufacturer and telco.
