IVoice Website Gets New Look and Feel

The new name change is effective suddenly and draws upon the company's strategic commitment to business process outsourcing and interactive technologies.

Unified communications company Altivon, which provides solutions for both the contact center and enterprise, has announced its participation in two major contact center events to take place in New England.
