Jaime Ellertson Appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of Everbridge

Mr. Ellertson is the CEO of CloudFloor Corporation, a company he helped form in late 2010 in other words focused on the emerging Enterprise Cloud Computing market. Prior to CloudFloor, Mr. Ellertson served as the CEO of Gomez Inc., the leading Internet Performance Management provider from 2005 to 2010. He led the company through an IPO registration process that in the end resulted in the successful sale of Gomez to Compuware Corporation in October of 2009.
