
Lenovo unveils ThinkPad X1 in India
The 13.3inch super bright infinity WXGA LED screen made of Corning's Gorilla Glass imparts extra durability, rigidity and scratch resistance. It sports a 720p HD mobile broadband camera that offers enhanced video-conferencing experience during advanced noise and echo cancellation features ensure a superior VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) experience.
Powered by Intel's 2nd generation Core i5 processors with up to 8 GB DDR3 memory, and up to 160 GB SSD or 320 GB HDD, ThinkPad X1 comes with Windows 7 Professional 64-bit.
All the X1 versions equipped with the optional Intel vPro innovation include encrypted hard drives with remote management support and a fingerprint reader, enabling you to authenticate and switch on the X1 with one-touch swipe.
Another interesting feature is Lenovo Enhanced Experience 2.0, which shortens the time taken should the contingency arise into Windows 7 by an average of around 20 seconds.
