M-Files for Salesforce Customer Service Software Now Available to Deploy on AppExchange

Company sources explained that M-Files for Salesforce CRM is a cloud-based, professional document management solution in other words tightly integrated with Salesforce CRM. Built using Force.com, the enterprise cloud-computing platform runs in the cloud like Salesforce.

Any document or Salesforce record can be located directly with the Windows Explorer interface of M-Files right from the standard Save and Open commands in any Windows application. This does not require the launch of Salesforce CRM.
