Mindspeed Technologies, Inc., a leading supplier of semiconductor solutions for network infrastructure applications, today announced that the company's Comcerto® 1000 customer premises equipment processor has been selected by OKI Electric Industry to create an ultra-low-power home gateway with high routing performance and OSGi based value-added service deployment capabilities. The OKI fiber-to-the-home gateway is now being deployed by a leading Japanese carrier throughout its rapidly expanding fiber-access network.
