NetEnrich to Power Arrow Fusion Cloud Services

NetEnrich, a provider of “ IT-as-a-service” , has announced it is partnering with Arrow Electronics (News - Alert) to power the Arrow Fusion cloud services line of business.

Arrow Fusion brings together multiple cloud, managed and professional IT service offerings within a single business unit. It supplies experts to co-work with resellers looking for ways to improve and grow their midmarket IT service capabilities. The Arrow Fusion will now be powered by NetEnrich’s centralized portal, and the services that run on this portal include data-center monitoring and management, and help-desk solutions, as well as business continuity and disaster-recovery services. Arrow Fusion will also be making use of NetEnrich’s Virtual Private Management Gateway (News - Alert) to deliver IT cloud services solutions.

According to Arrow, their Arrow Fusion SaaS solutions include security services for e-mail and web defense, e-mail disaster recovery and message archiving. At present service providers are looking for means to evolve their business model from delivering IT as a one-time capital expenditure to a monthly recurring revenue stream. Though there are greater opportunities for them they are also facing stiff competition.
