
netTalk Duo an easier connection to Internet phone
The little device is an improvement over most existing voice over Internet protocol, or VoIP, systems because you don't need to use a computer as a middleman.
Still, the netTalk is a nifty, low-cost device that could be the best intermediate step for people who don't want to pay for regular land-line phone service but prefer to use a standard telephone when making calls from home, rather than a cellphone.
