New cloud service expands options
Enter MyMusicCloud, a newly launched cloud service from TriPlay that stores music files, which can be synced and accessed from anywhere. It works on any mobile phone, tablet or personal computer, and on different operating systems just as Apple and Android.
A Nielsen survey conducted in the second quarter of 2011 found that around 40 percent of tablet and smartphone users are using these devices during they're watching TV -- on a daily basis.
The top smartphone/tablet user activity during watching TV -- both while programming and commercial breaks -- was checking email.
Social networking sites drew 42 percent, both while programs and commercials, and women were more frequent visitors to these sites.
