
North America-based VoIP Operator Purchases RADCOM's NGN Service Assurance Solution
Network Service Assurance provider RADCOM has announced that a major voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) operator in North America has purchased its next generation networks (NGN) Service Assurance solution.

The VoIP operator supplies voice and messaging services over broadband networks. To this operator providing quality of service, real time customer experience, and troubleshooting subscriber experience are of essential importance to satisfy and retain its customers.
Company officials said that to monitor customer experience on its network, the VoIP operator purchased RADCOM’s Service Assurance System with VoIP probes and also the QTrace online call trace tool.
With QTrace online call trace tool, this VoIP operator expects to see the total correlated call, end-to-end over multiple sites, multiple protocols and multi-legs.
Company officials said that RADCOM was the only company who could supply the VoIP operator with a solution, enabling it to assure Quality of Service for NGN networks on all legs of the call and for all protocols on all networks.
