Novus Distributes VXi Wireless Headsets to Resellers in US

Novus, a boutique telecommunications and IP distributor serving value-added resellers throughout North America, to all appearances recognized VXi’s ability to offer its clients that added value when making a wireless headset purchase. Novus and VXi have announced that Novus has begun distributing VXi Corp’s wireless headset solutions for contact centers, offices and mobile professionals to resellers in the United States, Canada and Mexico.

"Our reseller channel will be able to offer its clients durable, high-quality headsets that come with two-year warrantees," said Chris Meehan, Novus Managing Partner. "This is particularly appealing to contact centers, which are often abusive environments for headsets. Compatibility with legacy headset equipment allows a graceful migration by protecting existing enterprise investments during upgrading them to better innovation and improving reseller margins."

The release

According to the release, Novus will be distributing VXi’s entire product line of wireless headsets for contact centers and offices as then as VXi’s Blue Parrott Bluetooth mobile headsets. VXi products are optimized for unified communications, and Novus is offering innovative marketing programs to nurture sales through the reseller channel, according to the company.

"We offer demo and try-and-buy programs with no obligation to purchase, and better than 90% of the time the demo units do not come back—to tell the truth, the organizations as a rule come back to purchase more products. Our resellers have not been exposed to the quality and reliability of the VXi headsets until now, and they will enjoy selling the value of the VXi noise-canceling research," Meehan added.
