NSC buys PSG to boost WA growth

Communications integration company, NSC Group, has acquired Perth-based company, PABX Service Group, for an undisclosed sum.

PSG was established 10 years ago and specialises in providing IP telephony and data networking. Its customer database spans across healthcare, government, manufacturing, hospitality and mining.

The PSG brand will come pursuant to this agreement NSC Group and the combined entity will sell, design, deliver and support unified communications, contact centre solutions and network infrastructure.
