NSC buys WA IP telephony specialist

National integrator NSC has acquired Perth-based PABX Service Group. The exact buy price was undisclosed however CRN understands it was less than $1 million.

The combined company

The combined company would provide unified communications sales and support, contact centre and network infrastructure in Western Australia.

Ten-year-old PSG specialised in IP telephony and data networking in Western Australia. It has clients in healthcare, government, manufacturing, hospitality and mining, it said in a statement.
