OneAccess Acquires WAN Optimisation Vendor UDcast to Further Enhance Cloud Services

February 3rd 2011, Paris: OneAccess, the second largest provider in multi-service access routers for branch offices, today announced it has completed the acquisition of UDcast, a leading provider of WAN optimisation innovation. The acquisition extends the capability of OneAccess to enable cloud services on behalf of fixed, mobile, and satellite operators. OneAccess plans to deliver powerful visibility, control, application acceleration and compression capabilities both as part of new product development, and as firmware upgrades for the hundreds of thousands of multi-service access routers already deployed by leading service providers worldwide.
