Pelephone Partners to Deploy Telecom Cost Management Solution

As the first Israeli mobile operator with over 2.8 million subscribers, Pelephone Communications has selected MIND C.T.I Ltd so to deploy an effective telecom expense management solution. Providing convergent end-to-end billing and customer care product based solutions for service providers, MIND shows full support for its MVNE operations. Afterwards partnering with several MVNO carriers, Pelephone is the first cellular provider with a number of new carriers.

Pelephone will take advantage of the multi-provider easy configurable platform to deploy MIND’s billing and customer care platform, in doing so ensuring Pelephone’s expansion in the Israel’s dynamic telecom market. Running in parallel to existing billing system, MINDs convergent end-to-end billing and customer care solution offers maximum flexibility to Carriers during reducing the cost of operations.
