
PeopleCube Introduces Workspace Manager On-Demand
PeopleCube, provider of intelligent workplace management innovation, today announced the availability of Workspace Manager On-Demand. Workspace Manager provides simple, visual-based room and desk scheduling for organizations of all sizes. By hosting the web-based Workspace Manager application, PeopleCube makes it possible for clients to quickly and easily use and maintain Workspace Manager with low startup costs and no ongoing maintenance or reliance on IT.

Workspace Manager was developed by BusinessSolve, which PeopleCube acquired in March 2011. It is a web-based resource scheduling system used for booking and managing rooms, desk booking, scheduling car parking spaces, and visitor management. Workspace Manager allows employees and facilities management teams to search for and book resources using either a simple, interactive floor plan or a calendar view. Available as a hosted solution or on-premise, Workspace Manager is accessible from a web browser, Microsoft Outlook, LCD digital room displays, mobile phones, touch screen kiosks, and VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) telephony handsets.
