PlantCML Releases New Self-Registration Portal for The Communicator!® NXT? Emergency

PlantCML's highly secure, yet user-friendly Web site - a Self-Registration Portal (SRP) for The Communicator!® NXT™ emergency notification solution - allows organizations to enlist previously unavailable contact information, such as wireless and VoIP telephone numbers, SMS and email addresses, from the expected recipients of automated communications.

PlantCML®, an EADS North America company, today announced the release of the new Self-Registration Portal (SRP) for its industry-renowned The Communicator!® NXT™ emergency notification solution. This highly secure yet user-friendly Web site allows organizations to enlist previously unavailable contact information, such as wireless and VoIP telephone numbers, SMS and e-mail addresses, from the expected recipients of automated communications.

PlantCML developed the SRP in direct response to the growing need for public and private sector organizations to expand their notification reach in such critical events as inclement weather, security breaches and campus safety threats. Through the SRP, people can sign up to receive emergency alerts issued before, during and after situations of this nature. They also can opt in to receive general, non-emergency communications pertaining to community services, daily operations, volunteer efforts, and so on.
