Reliance Globalcom Announces $100M of Managed Services Contracts in 100 Days

LONDON - (Business Wire) In the aftermath of the Global financial crisis, the multi-national Enterprise community required network solutions to drive business growth efficiently, through the maximum utilization all existing resources. This increased demand for both collaborative, application sharing capabilities, along with processes that could re-focus internal IT resources. Reliance Globalcom delivered these exact requirements, to a growing customer base in 2010, resulting in over $100m of total contract value being secured in just over 100 days between late April and early July.

Reliance Globalcom has been developing processes specifically designed to centrally manage multi-carrier networks, and streamline network, billing and contract management for over 20 years, developing truly global business scalability for customers.

"Our global Enterprise customers, across all sectors, have had to overcome significant challenges to maintain business growth over the last 12-18 months. Being able to provide scalable solutions that maximize the value of existing internal resources either via enhanced collaboration or centralization of multi-supplier network, contract and billing management has been critical to their success," said Punit Garg, president and CEO, Reliance Globalcom. "Enabling our customer to grow their business regardless of geographic or business boundaries, requires us to understand our customers' needs exactly and provide management processes which achieve their objectives. Our recent results prove that we are delivering exactly that."

Reliance Globalcom's customer base has expanded significantly since April 2010, with several new multi-million dollar contracts signed. These wins are based on the completion of a detailed network capability and requirement consultation and the provision of, centrally managed, increased bandwidth solutions matched to meet the customers' evolving business needs. Collins Stewart, a leading financial advisory group and Avanz Technologies, a leading technology solutions provider, as well as a number of other global organizations are now benefiting from these advantages:

"Reliance Globalcom's technical expertise and deep understanding of the dynamics of different national telecom markets enabled them to better identify our specific needs and future requirements, than any other provider we engaged with. A truly consultative development process, enabled us to utilise multiple best of breed local carriers, with the reliability and flexibility we require to continue to grow our business."

Traditional managed network capability

"Reliance Globalcom offer us more than a traditional managed network capability. This extension represents a true centralisation of all network related governance while seamlessly integrating numerous providers of all infrastructure and services we require. We can replicate in each country the IT policy decided at the headquarters while supporting specific local business requirements where required. Reliance Globalcom integrates everything into a single solution, with a single point of contact while providing the flexibility for us to expand our network to serve whatever requirements the business identifies and support continued growth."
"Reliance Globalcom's consultative approach has provided us with a solution that has the scope to grow and reshape as our business expands and develops. The single point of management will free up our internal resources to focus on business development activities, and providing long term cost-efficiencies."
