The field have to manage 10 to 20 calls
Rseven Mobile notes that sales representatives in the field have to manage 10 to 20 calls and messages a day. It takes a lot of time for reps to manually log these messages and ultimately it cuts productivity.
Thanks to Rseven for Salesforce, users can automatically and seamlessly log the calls in the activity history of the leads and contacts section in Salesforce CRM.
"Enterprises are continuing to rely more heavily on mobile devices to receive, deliver and organize content. Rseven for Salesforce provides a missing link between the smart phone and Salesforce while sales reps are on the road," said Hisyam Halim, CEO, Rseven Mobile.
"Rseven's use of Force.com and AppExchange 2 to give sales reps the automated processes they need, using the smart phones they live on, is yet another example of Cloud 2. It demonstrates advantages that all cloud apps gain when they combine real-time, mobile and social features of the cloud," said Kendall Collins, chief marketing officer, salesforce.com.
