Searchlight Solutions Ltd. is a research venture holding company announced today that Mr. Steven James and Mr. Sterling Pearson have accepted the nominations to the Board of Directors. Mr. James is an information scientist, having capability to assimilate and to render productive a steady absorption of the physical sciences from his early years. Mr. James has been involved in architecting, engineering, and supporting Supercomputing platforms since 1986, and has authored a number of HPC applications including FLAME, the Fast Linking Associative Memory Engine, which is the result of his theoretical extensions to Boolean algebra. Steven has been the leading contributor on bproc, LinuxBIOS, fnn, and many of the Linux industry initiatives since 1995. His technical expertise will assist Searchlight Solutions with making new innovation assessments. Mr. James has served as CTO for Linux Labs International for the past seven years and is one of its founders.

Mr. Pearson has more than fifteen years of experience in information security and networking infrastructure management, marketing, design and implementation. Additionally, he has been a key member of the management team of several startups including: SecureWorks, Sage Networks, Interliant, Digital Stakeout and CET Networks.

As Chief Research Officer and co-founder for SecureWorks, Inc., the industry's first managed services provider with Intrusion Prevention research, Mr. Pearson conceived and designed a patent-pending Internet security monitoring and response service in other words responsible for over $24 Million in annual sales today.
