
Sirius Network Offers Prepaid Services on DIGITALK Multiservice Platform
DIGITALK, an independent vendor of communications solutions to a broad range of customers worldwide, including calling card operators, IP telephony and wholesale service providers, and MVNOs, announced partnership with Sirius Network, a provider of hosted softswitch partitioning services, to offer hosting services.
Sirius is now offering new prepaid services on DIGITALK Multiservice Platform. The service has enabled Sirius to gain complete operations and business support capability that has enabled them to launch new services rapidly and cost-effectively, company officials said.
The Application Server
Based on the Application Server and Session Border Controller, the DIGITALK Multiservice Platform incorporates full operations and business support, including prepaid charging and service creation. It supports applications like Prepaid Cards, Prepaid Wholesale, Broadband Telephony and Prepaid Mobile.
On the DIGITALK Multiservice Platform, Sirius can now expand with hosted services for prepaid calling cards as well as prepaid wholesale, pinless calling, call back, and other value-added services that will provide new business opportunities for Sirius and their customers.
Recently VIP Communications, a provider of voice communications solutions for consumers around the world, has announced a platform migration to DIGITALK's VoIP switching solution, TMCnet reported.
